We would like to keep this as simple as possible!
If we make your labels incorrectly and the mistake is ours we will send replacements without question. You do not need to send the whole batch back. If you do not notify us within 10 working days, you are deemed to have accepted the items and we shall not have any liability towards you contact us by e-mail here :- Sales Admin

If you have made a mistake in providing us with details of your order we cannot offer free replacements. However, we may offer replacements at a reduced price. Please check carefully the details you send to us, your order is processed very quickly so tell us immediately if you think you have submitted wrong details.

Delivery
We ship items Firs Class or Airmail with a view to you receiving them within two to five working days of us receiving your order, dependent upon seasonal rates of demand and your location of course, the length of time items are in the hands of the postal service is completely out of our control. If you have not received your order within 10 days of sending it to us please contact us by e-mail here :- Sales Admin


You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All payments are handled by PayPal and theor terms of use also apply.

Submission of payment, by whatever means, indicates your acceptance of these terms.
